The Majority is Not Always Right!

In our June 13th service Pastor Debbie brings a message warning us about the devastating results from believing what the majority believes—especially when God’s word contradicts the majority rule. In Numbers 14:1-10, we read the account of the “reports” given by the majority of the spies, which were believed by the majority of the people, but both reports and the majority rule contradicted God’s Word! God had already promised them victory in taking possession of the Promised Land, but they chose to believe the fake news! God visited them with His Glory, but this time, He brought judgment against the majority—the propagators of the fake news! What a powerful message for today!
